Caransa Real Estate is an Amsterdam-based family business with a long-standing heritage. For four generations, we have been developing, building and managing real estate. Guided by a commitment to quality, built on trust and driven by a long-term vision, we invest in properties that enhance and strengthen their surroundings. An approach that has defined our company since 1950.

Caransa Real Estate primarily develops real estate for its own portfolio. This allows us to make different choices: sustainable solutions and high-quality finishes. For us, everything revolves around quality and attention to detail. We go beyond what is strictly necessary, because we believe it is the right thing to do. But also, because our knowledge, built on years of experience, shows us which solutions truly work, today and twenty years from now.
In recent years, the fourth generation has also joined the company. The family character is reflected in everything we do: how we collaborate, make decisions and build relationships. It is something that has been passed down to us from an early age. Together with our colleagues, we form a close-knit team and work towards the quality standards we stand for.
We also maintain strong relationships with our tenants. We are involved, approachable and quick to resolve any issues that may arise. The same applies to our suppliers, many of whom we have worked with for many years. By making clear agreements and honouring them, we build trust and ensure long-term continuity.
Caransa Real Estate originated from the Caransa Groep. With real estate firmly embedded in our DNA, a strong family bond as our foundation, and a clear ambition, we continue to build with confidence for the next generations of real estate.
What once began with the purchase of a property in Amsterdam by our (great-)grandfather and founder, Maurits “Maup” Caransa, evolved into a way of working that remains deeply embedded in the company today: developing, managing and sustainably improving real estate, while taking responsibility for the places where people live and work.
